  • Everything is gluten free

  • Most things are grain-free

  • We have lots of dairy-free options

  • We use eggs from our ducks & chickens when possible

  • We use ingredients from our Microstead when possible

  • Milk used is a2 organic whole milk

  • Non-dairy milks are organic

  • Everything is refined-sugar free 

       (except for the 72% dark chocolate)

  • Organic ingredients whenever possible

  • Some vegan options

  • Microgreens in the salts are grown organically at our Microstead (micro homestead)
